Miriam is an artist, business woman, mother, and activist whose story is being shared in a new short film titled Herstory, made with Julian Jackson Jr. for the Academy Art Museum’s 24 hr film festival taking place Friday July 29th at 6pm at 106 South St, Easton, MD. We had an awesome discussion about the inspiration behind her art, dealing with trauma as a community and using your voice.
